ATS has an immediate opening for a Field Service Representative II in Steamboat Springs, CO.
SUMMARY
Under minimal supervision, resolves intermediate-level remedial problems of computer configuration and/or software support. Coordinates and performs configuration, installation, moves, changes, and disposal of computer equipment and/or software products. Provides demand and preventative maintenance of hardware and/or software. Coordinates and performs moves, upgrades, and/or changes to computer equipment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
* Perform installation, maintenance and repair printers
* Performs installation of desktop software products.
* Diagnoses and troubleshoots intermediate to complex problems with computer operating systems, application configuration, and printing equipment
* Responds to maintenance calls dispatched from Help Desk via pager
* Performs additional application installation and/or configuration as required.
* Provides support and guidance for configuration and installation of computer equipment.
* Completes necessary administrative work to track and demonstrate completion of tasks.
* Participates and communicates effectively with team members.
* Develops and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction, and improved customer relations.
* Provides simple and detailed routine service support on products designed with rapid replacement modules (FRU).
* Develops understanding of computer operating system and application interaction with computer equipment.
* Performs computer equipment relocation, changes and/or upgrades.
* Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, one year related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
* Team player attitude, organization, self-motivation and ability to prioritize
* Ability to work successfully with computers and software
* Ability to occasionally lift, move, and/or carry up to 50 pounds, and occasionally move up to 100 pounds with assistance
* Outstanding people and communication skills for interaction with other team members, customers, and management
* A+ Certification preferred
* Valid driver's license and good driving record
* Intermediate-level knowledge of basic IT functions
