Position description
ArdentMC has a part time opening for a receptionist in our Reston office. Your duties will consist of greeting clients, visitors and senior management on a daily basis. You must possess great communications skills with a professional demeanor. Having the ability to multi task and being well organized is essential.
Duties will also consist of various administrative tasks as needed to assist President, Assistant, Vice Presidents and managers on as needed basis. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essential.
Hours are from 9:00-2:00 A.M. approximately.
