Description:
The CM provides case management services and administrative support to JAMS Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) service providers (judges and attorneys).The CM collaborates with the ADR service provider(s) to develop and administer their ADR practice. The CM maintains exceptional client relations, supports business development and manages case files where the service provider has already been selected by the client(s). The CM is also available for any other projects or assignments designated by the manager. In addition, it is important that the CM serve as a model representative of JAMS in the community, in support of JAMS Mission, Vision & Values (MVV). This document describes the CM role.
