FullBloom Baking Company, is an environmentally aware, and people‑centered company. This year we are celebrating our 20th year of successful business. In 2007 we relocated to a new, state-of-the-art facility which increased our capacity. We are poised to grow by feeding people in a responsible way.
We are looking for a creative and strategic individual to continue strengthening our expertise and competitive sales position in the food industry.
The Position
You can call it Outside Sales Rep, Account Executive or Sales Manager. For us, this position calls for a results-driven leader to infuse creativity and passion in our business development efforts. The position juggles constant changes in priorities, customer needs. It requires strong project management skills to manage the sales cycle, from responding to customer requests to commercialization of products. Reports to the VP, Business Development.
This position is located in Newark, CA and ability to work from the office on a daily basis is required. No relocation program is available.
You
To be successful in this role you must love to sell, use consultative sales techniques, and not require a catalog of products. You should have recent B2B sales experience and a proven track record as a Sales Professional for a food manufacturing company. 7+ years experience in sales. Experience in creating customized, private-label products for customers. High level of skill and comfort in designing and implementing sales plans.
Success in this position will be measured by:
- Increasing sales volume by 20% within a year.
- Meeting profitability ratio target
- Meeting 100% delivery to customers on time and complete.
- Increasing to 100% customer satisfaction and loyalty
